Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions

This offer applies to today's rates.

This price reduction cannot be used in conjunction with any other price reduction.

We reserve the right to stop or change the Refer-a-friend scheme at anytime.

Any payments or discounts already earned under a previous refer-a-friend plan cannot be exchanged for the current refer-a-friend plan offer.

Rules

Referred = Prospective / New Mobal Customer and Referrer = Current Mobal Customer.

• Maximum discount is 50% (5 referrals at 10% each)
• Customers must have an e-mail address on file with Mobal Communications to participate in the refer-a-friend plan.
• Account matching is based on the e-mail address provided; it is the referrer's responsibility to ensure that they refer friends via the same e-mail address that Mobal holds on their account.
• 10% discount to be applied to the referrers account per friend who orders. If a referred customer orders multiple phones only the first phone counts towards the refer-a-friend plan.
• No Discount or call allowance will be backdated. Call allowance and discount is only applicable from the day Mobal Communications is informed about the referral.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The referred persons order must be approved by Mobal Communications before any discount / call credit is applied.
• Purchasing more than one phone under the same e-mail address does not qualify for the refer-a-friend plan.
• Replacement phones will not count towards additional refer-a-friend discount, however if a phone is replaced for any reason all discount current on the customers account is transferable.
• Referred person's phones must be purchased direct from Mobal to qualify for the refer-a- friend plan. Phones / SIM's purchased through third party resellers are not eligible.
