Pick-Up Your SIM Card Easily With Mobal

Where can you buy a Japan SIM card?

  2. Select the SIM card plan that you would like to buy.
  3. Provide your complete name, contact number, and other information.
  4. Choose a pick-up date and pick-up location from the list that is most convenient for you.
  5. Input your billing information, and select how you would like to pay for your purchase. You can pay using a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal.

That’s it. The order process is complete!

Where can you pick up your Mobal Japan SIM card once you are in Japan?

Around Japan, there are various pick-up locations where you can collect your Mobal Japan SIM card order. You simply have to show the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, and your passport to the office staff.

Pick-up points in Tokyo

Haneda Airport

The pick-up point at Haneda Airport is located at the Sky Market – Red Horse Convenience Store, which is at the Arrival Floor of the International Terminal on Level 2. It is open all day, every day — except from 03:00 am to 03:30 am, and from 09:30 pm to 10:00 pm. (Click here to see map.)

Narita Airport

There are four pick-up points at Narita Airport.

  1. At the JTB Travel Center on the 1st floor of the Arrivals Central Building (or the International Arrival Lobby) at Narita Airport Terminal 1. It is open Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. (Click here to see map.)
  2. At the QL Liner Store, which is located on the 1st floor of the North Wing Arrivals Hall at Narita Airport Terminal 1, right as you exit the immigration and security line. It is open daily, from 06:30 am until the time of arrival of the last flight of the day. (Click here to see map.)
  3. At the QL Liner Store found on the 1st floor of the South Wing Arrivals Hall at Narita Airport Terminal 1. It is open every day, from 06:30 am until the time of arrival of the last flight of the day. (Click here to see map.)
  4. At the OL Liner Store, which is located on the 1st floor of the Arrivals Floor at Narita Airport Terminal 2. It is open daily, from 06:30 am until the time of arrival of the last flight of the day. (Click here to see map.)

Shinjuku

The pick-up point in Shinjuku is at the Tokyo Mobile (Phone Shop), which is on the 1st floor of the Okubo Kado Building (complete address: 1-18-8 Hyakunincho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 169-0073). To get there, take the JR line to Okubo Station, and walk about two minutes to reach the shop. It is open every day, from 11:00 am – 08:00 pm. (Click here to see map.)

Shibuya

There is a pick-up point in Shibuya, at the Shibuya Tourist Information Centre, which is located on the 4th floor of Shibuya Mark City, just above the Keio Inokashira Line station, and a few minutes’ walk from Shibuya Station. Pick-up points in Osaka

At Kansai International Airport in Osaka, you can collect your Mobal Japan SIM card from three pick-up points inside the airport.

  1. At the Red Horse Travel Goods Store, which is found on the 3rd floor Arrivals Hall at Terminal 1. It is open daily, from 07:00 am to 09:30 pm. (Click here to see map.)
  2. At the JTB Kansai Tourist Information Centre on the 1st floor or International Arrival Floor of Terminal 1. It is open every day, from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm. (Click here to see map.)

Pick-up point in Kyoto

The pick-up location in Kyoto is at the JTB Kansai Tourist Information Centre, found on the 3rd floor of the Kyoto Tower, which is right across Kyoto Station. It is open every day (except from December 30 to January 3), from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. (Click here to see map.)

Pick-up point in Nagoya

You can collect your Mobal Japan SIM card at the pick-up point inside the Chubu Centrair Airport in Nagoya. Just head to the JTB Travel Center on the International Arrivals Lobby on the 2nd floor. It is open daily, from 09:00 am to 08:30 pm. (Click here to see map.)

The pick-up point in Sendai is found inside the Sendai Airport, at the JTB Travel Center on the 1st floor of the Arrivals Central Building. It is open every day, from 09:00 am to 08:30 pm. (Click here to see map.)

The pick-up point in Fukuoka is found inside Fukuoka Airport at the Red Horse Travel Goods Store on the 3rd floor of the International Terminal. It is open every day, from 07:30 am to 08:00 pm. (Click here to see map)

Pick-up point outside Japan

If you are in Singapore or will be in Singapore before flying to Japan, you can ship to and collect your Mobal Japan SIM card at the Japan Rail Café (complete address: Tanjong Pagar Centre, 5 Wallich Street #01-20 Singapore 078883).
