European Data Bundles Questions and Answers

Like the idea of saving money on European Data Charges? Want to know more? GREAT!

Here’s a little Q&A we thought might help;

How long are the bundles valid for?

Bundles are valid for a maximum of 30 days. Simply provide us with your travel details and we’ll fix everything up for you.

What if I’m traveling for more than 30 days?

Bundles can only be purchased for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you are traveling for more than 30 days, you can buy multiple bundles to cover your travel dates! Easy!

If I need to have a bigger bundle, can I buy multiple bundles for the same period?

Yes, you can buy any quantity & combination of bundles you want! It’s that simple!

If I don’t use part/all of my bundle, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately we can’t refund against any un-used data rate packages, which is why we think it’s so important to choose the right package for you. Just give us a call on 888 888 9162 and we’ll gladly talk you through the best options.

If I extend my trip, can I extend my bundle?

Unfortunately not, but the good news is…you can buy another bundle for the extra days!

Can I use my bundle at home in the USA/Canada or outside Europe?

Unfortunately not, as the bundles are only for use in the European countries specified.

Do you sell bundles for the rest of the world?

Not at the moment, but that’s a great idea…so watch this space as we plan to introduce this in the future. Please ask us again the next time you travel!

Can I use my bundle in multiple European countries?

Yes, you can use your bundle in any and all of the European countries specified!

Can I make calls and send text messages while I have a bundle?

Yes, no problem! Calls and text messages are billed at the rates on the website (by the minute/by the message) and as the bundles are data only, calls and texts are unaffected.

Do you sell text and call bundles?

Unfortunately, not at the moment …but as it’s such a good idea, we do plan to introduce this in future. So watch this space and please ask us again the next time you travel!

What happens if I go over my data allowance? /
Will my SIM stop working if I go over my data allowance?

That’s no problem, so don’t worry! Unlike inconvenient prepaid services, we won’t suspend your data service or cut you off if you go over your bundle! Simply continue to use data services at our new, standard per kB rates. Easy!

If the dates of my trip change, can I change the dates of my bundle?

Yes no problem! As long as you inform us in advance of your bundle start date, we can sort that out for you!

If my trip is cancelled, can you refund my bundle?

Yes of course! As long as you tell us in advance of your specified start date, we’ll refund your bundle.

Can I use my “Refer a Friend” discount for these data bundles?

Sorry no. Unfortunately our “Refer a Friend” discounts are not valid for data bundles.

Can I start using my data bundle today?

Not quite today… but you can start using it from the next business day, no problem!

    OK, I’m a little slow. I’m 76 years old, after all. My question: What will I have with a bundle – whatever that is – that I don’t already have with my ready-to-use-anywhere Mobal phone?
