The inclusion of Lanikai (and the Mokes) and the Grand Tetons validates your list, IMHO (been to both and raved about both) …. I live in Charlottesville, VA, near the Blue Ridge Mountains and would like to give a little shout out to our little piece of the “dense nature-filled forests…streams and shallow rivers, as well as waterfalls.”
