Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to stop or change the Refer-a-friend scheme at anytime.
- Any payments or discounts already earned under a previous refer-a-friend plan cannot be exchanged for the current refer-a-friend plan offer.
Referred = Prospective / New Mobal Customer and Referrer = Current Mobal Customer.
- Maximum call credit is $10 per referral
- Customers must have an e-mail address on file with Mobal Communications to participate in the refer-a-friend plan.
- Account matching is based on the e-mail address provided; it is the referrer's responsibility to ensure that they refer friends via the same e-mail address that Mobal holds on their account.
- There is no cash alternative.
- The referred persons order must be approved by Mobal Communications before any discount / call credit is applied.
- Purchasing more than one phone under the same e-mail address does not qualify for the refer-a-friend plan.
- Replacement phones will not count towards additional refer-a-friend discount, however if a phone is replaced for any reason all discount current on the customers account is transferable.
- Referred person's phones must be purchased direct from Mobal to qualify for the refer-a- friend plan. Phones / SIM's purchased through third party resellers are not eligible.
