what support? I am having no luck using my phones(2 of them) takes 2-3 days for email reply, have to make appointment
to speak on the phone to support. none of the web site “how to use phone” open.

I am happy with the customer service my cell phone company provides as well as the coverage but I think the cost is too high and there are not enough plans to choose from. US phone companies charge way too much for text messages (SMS) when the actual cost to the phone company is hardly anything. I would like to see that changed.
