Your service fees will be billed to your Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account. You can view itemized statements for all your charges in your online account, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
For your first month of service, your monthly Plan fees will be pro-rated. For example, if you receive your device on October 15th, you will be billed ¥2,490 (half of your regular monthly bill) for the period from October 15th until October 31st. On November 1st, you will be billed ¥4,980 (your regular monthly bill) for the month of November. Going forward, you will be billed ¥4,980 on the 1st of every calendar month until you choose to cancel your service.
You can cancel your service early any time by returning your device to us and paying a small termination fee equivalent to one month’s usage (¥4,980). After your 3-month contract is up, your device is yours to keep - you can keep using Mobal, or choose to terminate for free.
How It Works

2. When you receive your device, it’s ready to use! Simply follow the instructions on the package.

4. Your plan will be billed on the 1st day of each month. Your first month will be pro-rated from the date that you receive your device, and after that you’ll be billed ¥4,980 each month.
5. After your 3-month contract is up, your device is yours to keep! You can continue to use Mobal each month, or terminate your service. If you want to terminate your service early, you can do so by returning your device to us and paying a small termination fee equivalent to one month’s usage (¥4,980).
